GION FESTIVAL

On 17 July, the Gion festival, one of the biggest Japanese festival is taking place. It will be very difficult to find accommodation during this period. On a personal basis, if you intend to extend your stay, you can book two extra nights (16 and 17 of July) at the ANA hotel in Kyoto (the same hotel as the Lace tour) and a seat to the Parade.
